What the site is for
The site describes ViaOps services and offers general information about operations, AI adoption, and related topics. It is informational. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice for your situation, and reading it does not create a client relationship.
Downloads and content
Documents you download from viaops.co, including the capabilities overview, are licensed to you for your own or your company's internal evaluation. You may share them inside your organization. You may not resell them, strip attribution, or present them as your own work. All content, names, and marks on the site belong to ViaOps or their respective owners.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false information through our forms or impersonate someone else.
- Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Do not scrape the site in bulk or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Tools we operate
ViaOps runs internal tools that connect to third-party services such as LinkedIn and QuickBooks. Those connections operate on ViaOps accounts and on client accounts only with the client's written authorization, and are subject to the third party's own terms.
Third-party links
The site links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site and its materials are provided as is. We work to keep them accurate and available but do not guarantee that they are error-free, complete, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViaOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
