Privacy Policy

Who we are

ViaOps is an operations consultancy based in Castle Rock, Colorado, led by Keegan LaMar. This policy covers viaops.co and the internal tools we use to run the business. Questions go to keegan@viaops.co.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, company, and message. It is emailed to us so we can reply.
• Capabilities download: your name, email address, company, and the options you select. These go into our customer relationship system so we can send the material and, only if you asked for it, follow up.
• Client work: information you give us during an engagement, including billing details needed to invoice you.
• Browser storage: this site remembers your light/dark theme choice and whether you have already unlocked the capabilities download. That data stays in your browser. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to you and send what you requested.
• To follow up about our services when you have opted in.
• To deliver, manage, and invoice client engagements.
• To publish and schedule our own content on our own social accounts. Publishing tools act on ViaOps accounts only, never on yours.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Vercel hosts this website.
• Resend delivers our transactional email.
• Intuit QuickBooks handles client invoicing and accounting.
• LinkedIn, through a scheduling tool we self-host, publishes content to ViaOps accounts.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share it with advertisers.
• We do not use it to train public AI models.

Retention

We keep contact and lead information for as long as we have an active conversation or business reason to hold it, and client records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Email keegan@viaops.co and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of follow-up at any time by replying to any message from us. Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; we honor the same requests from anyone.

Security

Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, credentials are stored in managed secret stores rather than shared documents, and third-party connections use scoped, revocable authorizations.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
